When Mohini's parents came to know about the princess' decision, they were very surprised. The parents tried to convince their daughter a lot, but the princess did not listen to them and said that she is destined to become the queen of the king and as for why she wants to marry a handicapped person, I will marry only him, saying this the princess went on a hunger strike. To ensure the happiness of their daughter, the king and queen finally agreed to marry Mohini to the handicapped Vikramaditya. They got married and both started their life together. On the same day, at night Shani Dev came in Vikramaditya's dream, in the dream Shani Dev said, see Rajan, the wrath of my Sade Sati, on this Vikramaditya apologized to Shani Dev and said O Shani Dev, please forgive me, the amount of pain you have given me, do not give it to anyone else in this world. Shani Dev replied, “O King, I accept your request. I tell you that those who worship me, observe fasts and listen to my stories will always receive my blessings.” The next morning when King Vikramaditya woke up, he found that his hands and legs had miraculously returned. From the bottom of his heart, he expressed his gratitude to Shani Dev. The princess was also surprised to see Vikramaditya’s healed limbs. In response, the king told the story of Shani Dev’s divine wrath. When the Seth came to know of this, he hurried to his residence and humbly bowed before King Vikramaditya and asked for forgiveness. The king forgave the Seth, and the Seth invited the King to his home for a meal. While eating, an unexpected incident occurred when the peg spat out the stolen necklace. Seeing this the Seth became very happy and requested the king to marry his daughter, Vikramaditya accepted Seth's request, then Seth got his daughter and Vikramaditya married. On Vikramaditya's return to his kingdom Ujjain with his two wives, Princess Mohini and Seth's daughter, King Vikramaditya was warmly welcomed by his subjects. He announced in his kingdom that from now on Shani Dev would be considered foremost among all the gods. He urged his people to observe fasts in honour of Shani Dev and listen to his Vrat Kathas. Shani Dev was pleased with this announcement, and as people diligently observed fasts and listened to the stories, his blessings were bestowed on the king and subjects in abundance, bringing happiness to all.
